• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure do! International customers must accept USPS Express Mail International as their shipping method. This is the only method of USPS shipping where there is full shipment visibility and delivery tracking. This generally costs about $38. Please message me to arrange.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How do I care for this jewelry?

  To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, avoid their contact with perfume, hair products, sun tan lotions, soaps and body lotions. If using these products, allow them to fully absorb into your hair/skin before putting on your jewelry. Do not swim with your jewelry as the chlorine is very damaging. Do not shower with your druzy pieces in particular as contact with water will affect their luster.

  Storing your jewelry properly will also help. Air causes metals to oxidize (turn dark) and this is easy to prevent by storing it in a small zip lock bag, or wrapped in tissue. After each wear, a quick wipe with a soft cloth will remove any oils and fingerprints, both of which cause metals to tarnish faster.

• Do you make custom jewelry pieces?

  Please message me if you are interested in a variation of a piece (i.e. a necklace in a custom length, etc.) or a custom order. I am happy to try and accommodate!

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
